Property Consultant (Open to Freshers)

About the role

Join Property Shop Investment (PSI) as a Property Consultant and start your career in real estate. This full‑time position is open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn the property market and help clients find their ideal homes or investment properties.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients, understand their needs and guide them to suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings and clearly explain features, pricing and market trends.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property listings and manage client information in PSI’s CRM.
• Negotiate offers, handle basic paperwork and coordinate with marketing and admin teams as required.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn the real‑estate process and work full‑time in Abu Dhabi.
• Organised, consistent with follow‑ups and able to manage multiple leads.

Required skills

• Sales and negotiation abilities.
• Client relationship management.
• Basic use of CRM systems.
