Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales

About the role

Real Estate Masters is looking for motivated, results‑driven Property Consultants to join its Dubai sales team. You will work with international clients who are purchasing or investing in Dubai properties.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with property investors and generate leads through calls, referrals, networking and social media.
• Understand client investment requirements and recommend suitable off‑plan or ready properties.
• Present properties, conduct client meetings, property viewings and project presentations.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and follow up with leads.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the purchase process.
• Stay updated on Dubai projects, developers, pricing and market trends.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, stands and international roadshows.

Required profile

• Good command of English.
• Previous real‑estate or sales experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate market (advantage).
• Professional appearance and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, social media and digital communication platforms.
