Property & Investment Consultant – UAE

About the role

Luxarabia Real Estate is looking for a driven, client‑focused Property & Investment Consultant based in the UAE to help buyers and investors discover premium real‑estate opportunities in Dubai. The role involves generating and managing leads, presenting properties and guiding clients through the full sales cycle while delivering an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and manage all client interactions through Bitrix24 CRM.
• Qualify clients based on budget, timeline, location preferences and investment objectives.
• Present and promote off‑plan and secondary‑market properties.
• Conduct professional client meetings, property viewings and project presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers and industry partners.
• Guide clients through the complete transaction process, from inquiry to closing.
• Stay informed on Dubai’s real‑estate market, project launches, pricing trends and investment opportunities.
• Attend company training sessions, developer briefings and sales meetings.
• Represent Luxarabia professionally and uphold the company’s values of excellence, trust and discretion.

Required profile

• Passion for real estate and a strong desire to build a successful sales career in Dubai.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
