Property Manager

About the role

The Property Manager is responsible for the physical side of every managed unit, handling snagging, defects, move‑ins and move‑outs, and ensuring all activities are documented in the platform for owners who are not on the ground in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect units, create snagging lists, defect reports and condition records with photographic evidence.
• Supervise contractors and providers, verify work quality before sign‑off.
• Manage move‑ins and move‑outs, including deposits, keys, utilities and related paperwork.
• Maintain all records in the platform, minimizing follow‑up and chase‑ups.

Required profile

• Hands‑on Dubai property experience with proven unit inspections and defect handling.
• Meticulous documentation habits; every defect must be photographed.
• Comfortable interacting with contractors, building management and tenants in the same day.
• Fluent English; a driving licence is a strong plus.
