Public Area Attendant

About the role

The Public Area Attendant joins the Public Area team at Wynn Al Marjan Island, a new integrated resort opening in 2027. The role ensures all public spaces meet Wynn’s high standards of cleanliness and appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, pantry, offices, exterior and back‑of‑house public areas, including dusting, wiping surfaces and disinfecting.
• Restock consumables, monitor inventory of cleaning chemicals and tools, and report maintenance issues to facilities management.
• Follow specific cleaning schedules, adapt to urgent requests or special events, and ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment.
• Complete related paperwork, adhere to health, safety and fire policies, and support guest satisfaction by addressing feedback promptly.

Required profile

• Secondary school education or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of housekeeping or public‑area experience; commercial or office cleaning experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 10‑15 kg and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with basic cleaning techniques, products and equipment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene standards.
