Quality Specialist – ISO 9001 & ISO 22301

About the role

The Quality Specialist will lead quality and business continuity management for the SEHA pest control project in Al Ain. This role ensures all services meet contract, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, regulatory and health‑sector requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, implement and continuously improve the project’s ISO 9001 quality management system, including procedures, work instructions, forms and records.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, support external certification audits, and manage non‑conformances, corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement and sustain the ISO 22301 business continuity plan, perform business impact analyses, and coordinate continuity exercises.
• Ensure compliance with SEHA, Abu Dhabi municipality, health‑sector and environmental regulations, especially pesticide handling and disposal.
• Prepare monthly quality and performance reports, analyse audit findings and KPI trends, and drive improvement actions.
• Deliver quality, BCM and procedural awareness training to project staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in environmental services, with at least 2 years as a Quality Manager.
• ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor certification and ISO 22301 BCM Lead Auditor/Implementer certification.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 22301 business continuity standards.
• Experience planning and leading audits, managing CAPA, and controlling documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
