About the role

Assist senior and project quantity surveyors in preparing bills of quantities, managing variations, and conducting monthly valuations for assigned projects. Ensure accurate costing to maintain project profitability.

Key responsibilities

Detect variations and changes to contracts, negotiate and follow up on claims.
Identify subcontract elements, obtain and evaluate quotations, and finalize subcontractors.
Prepare monthly valuation reports to track job progress and address schedule delays.
Secure project interests with bonds, warranties, insurances, and other undertakings.
Check subcontractor quantities, re‑measure work, and support final account preparation.
Prepare subcontractor payment certificates and arrange payments per contract terms.
Prepare interim and final accounts and obtain client payment certificates.

Required profile

Technical qualification in Quantity Surveying.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years post‑contract QS in joinery/interior fit‑out.
Local market knowledge is an advantage.
