About the role
Barakah Realty LLC is hiring experienced Real Estate Agents to support its growing Dubai operations. The role is suited to professionals with strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and a proven record of closing property deals.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with property purchases, sales, and investment opportunities.
- Generate and manage leads and conduct regular client follow‑ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and market consultations.
- Negotiate deals and support clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Monitor Dubai property trends and market developments.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of real‑estate experience in Dubai.
- Proven record of successfully closing property deals.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑management skills.
- Self‑motivated and target‑oriented approach.
- Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
