About the role
PAD Properties is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to work on‑site in Dubai. You will guide clients through the entire property journey, from prospecting and qualifying leads to conducting viewings and closing negotiations.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify and nurture client leads, arranging property viewings.
- Advise clients on market trends, property values and investment opportunities.
- Prepare, review and ensure compliance of all transaction documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to sales targets and overall business growth.
Required profile
- Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of real‑property principles.
- Proven sales track record with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation and client‑focused approach.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in the Dubai/UAE property market is highly beneficial.
