Real Estate Agent – Luxury Property Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai involves sourcing, listing, and marketing luxury residential and commercial properties. You will manage client relationships and guide them through the entire transaction cycle, from inquiry to closing, while representing GPG Global Real Estate professionally at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and prepare compelling proposals for clients.
• Negotiate offers, coordinate with developers and other agents, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Stay up‑to‑date on market trends in the UAE and UK and maintain an updated portfolio of available properties.
• Provide ongoing client support and foster long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate license and in‑depth knowledge of property markets.
• Strong sales background with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing high‑value transactions.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or a related field preferred.
