Real Estate Agent – Off‑Plan & Secondary Market (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking motivated Real Estate Advisors to join our Dubai team, focusing on both off‑plan and secondary‑market property transactions. The position is commission‑based and offers full training, marketing support, and access to exclusive listings.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up leads for off‑plan projects.
• Manage secondary‑market property sales and client viewings.
• Negotiate terms and close real‑estate deals.
• Maintain and grow client relationships.
• Utilise Bitrix CRM to track prospects and pipeline.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to obtain qualified leads.
• Provide market insights and up‑to‑date property data.

Required profile

• UAE resident or eligible to work in Dubai.
• Minimum 1 year experience in off‑plan or secondary‑market sales.
• Valid driving licence (required for secondary‑market role).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Motivated, ambitious and results‑driven.
