Real Estate Agent – Property Sales & Rentals

About the role

Dubayt is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Agent to join its Dubai office. You will manage property listings, conduct viewings and guide clients through buying, selling and renting processes while upholding the company’s high standards of professionalism and transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients, maintain relationships with existing clients and generate leads.
• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with Dubai real‑estate regulations.
• Coordinate property viewings, market insights and advisory services with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate property documentation and update listings on online platforms.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Dubai property regulations.
• Proven track record of successful property transactions and sales negotiation.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with clear communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
