Real Estate Broker – Rental, Commercial & Off‑Plan

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Rental, Commercial and Off‑Plan Brokers to join our growing team in Dubai. You will work with qualified leads from the USA, Turkey and the EU, supported by a strong marketing engine and a high‑commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with consistent follow‑ups.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations and guide clients through the full transaction process.
• Update property listings and client records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with developers and stay informed on market trends.
• Adhere to company processes, compliance standards and professional appearance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of real‑estate experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Professional attitude, high discipline, reliability and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Turkish, Russian or German are a plus.

Required skills

• Bayut platform proficiency.
• Property Finder CRM usage.
