About the role
The Real Estate Telesales Specialist will engage potential and existing clients via phone and digital channels to present Harbor & Crown’s property portfolio, qualify leads, and schedule viewings or consultations for the advisory team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads, provide clear information on property features, pricing, and investment potential.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to support campaigns and meet sales targets.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Hindi are a plus.
- Experience in telesales, call center operations, or real‑estate brokerage in the UAE market.
- Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, maintain a professional phone presence, and meet performance goals.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Comfort using call systems and basic office software.
