About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to join our client’s office in Dubai on a short‑term, 1‑month contract. This outsourced position offers an opportunity to support daily office operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a courteous manner.
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating office events.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work six days a week on standard office hours.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
