About the role

We are looking for a professional Receptionist to join our client’s office in Dubai on a short‑term, 1‑month contract. This outsourced position offers an opportunity to support daily office operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a courteous manner.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating office events.

Required profile

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work six days a week on standard office hours.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
