Recovery Driver

About the role

battmobile is looking for an experienced Recovery Driver in Dubai. You will pick up customers' vehicles from their location, safely transport them to the service center in a recovery truck, and return them once maintenance or repairs are finished. The role is key to keeping the service center running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport customer vehicles to and from their location and the service center.
• Handle each vehicle with care and address customer concerns professionally.
• Use knowledge of Dubai's roads and traffic to make timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Carry out basic vehicle inspections before and after transport.
• Follow all safety guidelines and traffic regulations.
• Keep accurate records of each service request, including vehicle details, locations and customer instructions.
• Manage your schedule so pickups and drop-offs are on time, optimizing routes and reducing wait times.

Required profile

• Valid UAE Number 3 driving license.
• Proven experience driving a recovery truck or similar vehicle.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai's road routes and traffic patterns.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
