Recruiter – Early Careers & Campus (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

AMS is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Recruiter to join its Early Careers & Campus team in Dubai. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for graduate, internship, apprenticeship and entry‑level programmes, working closely with hiring managers and campus partners to attract emerging talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for early‑career roles, from vacancy intake to onboarding.
• Develop recruitment plans with hiring managers and ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs and hiring targets.
• Collaborate with campus teams to produce high‑quality candidate shortlists and coordinate assessment centres.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout selection, offer and onboarding stages.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion objectives in all hiring activities.
• Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graduate, internship, apprenticeship or early‑talent recruitment.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with recruitment technology platforms.
