Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Hiring for Hospitality Brand

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our hospitality brand in Dubai. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for both corporate and hospitality roles, ensuring a smooth and inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates across a variety of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and build talent pipelines.
• Coordinate selection decisions, extend offers and manage the onboarding hand‑over with HR.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports and analytics.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at local recruitment events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within hospitality or service‑focused industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using recruitment platforms and basic HR analytics tools.
