Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to own the full hiring cycle for both technical and non‑technical positions across the organization. You will partner directly with hiring managers to translate talent needs into successful hires while ensuring a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience as we scale.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through outbound outreach, referrals, professional networks, and community engagement.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles, mapping talent across relevant markets and functions.
• Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers, translate requirements into clear briefs, and screen/shortlist candidates for engineering, product, commercial, operations, and corporate functions.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, collect feedback, and manage offer preparation, negotiation, and closure.
• Provide market insights, compensation benchmarks, and realistic hiring timelines to stakeholders.
• Standardize recruitment templates, interview structures, and maintain accurate data in the ATS.
• Manage job advertising, LinkedIn presence, and employer branding activities.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency, covering technical and non‑technical roles.
• Background in SaaS, fintech, or similar technology sectors.
• Experience in fast‑moving startup or high‑growth environments.
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates directly.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
