About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to own full‑cycle recruitment for Middle East positions, including campus hiring and graduate programs. The role involves close collaboration with local and global HR teams to deliver high‑quality talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Middle East roles: posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Lead campus recruitment and graduate program initiatives, coordinating university partnerships, career talks, interviews, and offers.
• Collaborate with Country Managers, business leaders, and HQ HR to define hiring needs and optimise recruitment strategies.
• Source talent via LinkedIn, job platforms, talent mapping, headhunter management and regional talent pools to build sustainable pipelines.
• Prepare English recruitment reports, candidate profiles and HR documents while ensuring compliance with local employment regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in the Middle East market.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong cross‑border communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple open positions and campus projects independently.
• Good stakeholder management and detail‑oriented approach.
