Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for Real Estate

About the role

The Recruiter will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for Masar Al Ameen Real Estate, supporting both real‑estate and administrative teams in Dubai. You will source, screen and select qualified candidates while building a strong talent pipeline for the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates for real‑estate and support functions.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain the applicant tracking system.
• Maintain a talent pool and nurture relationships with potential candidates.
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment laws and internal hiring policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
