About the role
Cielo is seeking a Recruiter to drive service excellence across the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional talent and maintaining proactive communication with hiring leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate candidate profiles, build talent pipelines, and keep candidates engaged with timely updates.
- Partner with hiring leaders on offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Proven recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency environments.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and social media tools.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
