Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for engineering, technical and corporate functions at Morgan Consulting Engineers. The role will manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding, ensuring we attract high‑calibre talent that fits our culture and project needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower request to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals and networking platforms.
• Review and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, schedule interviews and follow‑ups.
• Prepare offer letters, manage pre‑employment documentation and support onboarding.
• Update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring priorities and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks and support employer‑branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within engineering consultancy, construction or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing methods and interview techniques.
• Experience hiring for technical, engineering and professional roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
