About the role
The Recruitment Coordinator will support the talent acquisition team by handling end‑to‑end recruitment activities for various positions across the organization. This role is based in Dubai and offers the chance to work in a fast‑moving IT services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Post job advertisements on portals such as Nafis, LinkedIn, Indeed and others.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interview sessions between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up‑to‑date candidate information.
- Assist in updating employee records, both hard and soft copies.
- Collaborate with universities and career fairs to attract fresh talent.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a genuine interest in HR or recruitment are welcome.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
