Recruitment Officer – 6 Month Contract

About the role

Etihad Airways is looking for a professional and organized Recruitment Officer to join its Human Resources team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is a 6-month contract position. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding, working with hiring managers across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates through job boards, social media and professional networks
• Conducting in-person assessments and administering virtual assessments
• Maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) so candidate information is accurate and up to date
• Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future needs

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources
• Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates across multiple channels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring methodologies
• Familiarity with job posting platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail
