Recruitment & Onboarding Officer – Immediate Joiner

About the role

Grandiose is looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Officer to support its Food Retail & Production business vertical. The role focuses on attracting high‑quality talent, managing the interview process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers and negotiate terms as needed.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding program from offer acceptance to full integration.
• Conduct first‑day inductions, ensure completion of job descriptions and required documentation.
• Collaborate with IT to provision laptops, phones and software access before the first day.
• Gather onboarding feedback and continuously improve the process.
• Prepare regular onboarding status reports for the Recruitment Supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources.
• Certified HR course exposure is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding, preferably within FMCG.
