Recruitment & Onboarding Officer (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

Grandiose is looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Officer for its Food Retail & Production business vertical. The role covers sourcing candidates, running interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and managing the onboarding of new employees. Immediate joining is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and networking events, and building a talent pipeline
• Preparing and extending job offers and negotiating terms
• Designing and running a complete onboarding programme, from offer acceptance to full team integration
• Overseeing the first-day induction, including signing of job descriptions, confidentiality agreements and policy acknowledgements
• Coordinating with IT so that laptops, phones and software access are ready for new hires
• Gathering feedback from new hires and reporting regularly to the Recruitment Supervisor
• Acting as a brand ambassador and maintaining good relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (HR discipline preferred); certified HR training is an added advantage
• At least 5 years of recruitment and onboarding experience, preferably in FMCG or F&B retail
• Proficiency in MS Office; ATS exposure is an advantage
