Recruitment Partner – Emiratisation (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Emirates Group is seeking a Recruitment Partner focused on Emiratisation to manage end‑to‑end volume recruitment for UAE national positions. This role will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the Group attracts high‑calibre talent that aligns with its values and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse departmental workforce needs, especially UAE national roles, and translate them into cost‑effective recruitment strategies.
• Promote Emirates Group as an employer of choice through coordinated branding and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communication & Brand teams to design multi‑channel advertising campaigns (internal vacancy notifications, job boards, LinkedIn, career portals).
• Provide data‑driven insights on offers, salary benchmarks, and recruitment challenges to senior HR and business leaders.
• Design and implement assessment tools (in‑tray exercises, assessment centres, digital assessments) in partnership with Business Psychologists.
• Guide hiring managers on interpreting behavioural evidence and making selection decisions.
• Source, shortlist and present both expatriate and UAE national candidates.

Required profile

• UAE national with strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and Emiratisation policies.
• Excellent analytical abilities and experience using recruitment metrics.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Alignment with Emirates Group values and commitment to operational excellence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, job board platforms and digital advertising tools.
• Experience designing assessment centre activities and behavioural interview techniques.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable recruitment solutions.
