Recruitment Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will lead the full‑cycle hiring process, focusing on attracting and securing top talent that meets the organization’s strategic needs. This position requires strong Arabic communication skills, a proactive sourcing mindset, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to define workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and agencies, including direct headhunting for niche roles.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process—from job posting and interview coordination to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and produce dashboards tracking time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, and source effectiveness.
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute ideas for process automation and DEI improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Loxo or similar sourcing tools.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems.
