Recruitment Specialist – Fixed-Term (3-6 months)

About the role

MMC Group is seeking a hands‑on Recruitment Specialist on a fixed‑term basis (3 to 6 months) to drive talent acquisition across its diverse businesses in the MENA region. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring high‑quality hires that match our culture and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple recruitment assignments across MMC Group companies.
• Advertise vacancies and design proactive sourcing strategies.
• Headhunt and engage passive candidates across functions such as operations, finance, HR, creative, marketing, technology, and corporate support.
• Screen candidates, conduct first‑round interviews, and assess fit, motivation, and cultural alignment.
• Verify salary expectations, notice periods, and career motivations.
• Prepare concise candidate recommendations and hiring summaries for hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules and guide candidates through the offer process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record recruiting across multiple business functions and seniority levels.
• Strong ability to source and headhunt candidates directly.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Experience in the UAE recruitment market and/or agency environment is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment with a strong sense of ownership.
