Recruitment Specialist (Retail) – Dubai

About the role

A Recruitment Specialist is needed in Dubai to build and manage a strong talent pipeline, proactively identifying, attracting and hiring candidates for current and future manpower needs. The role acts as a strategic recruitment partner to management, with strong market knowledge, extensive sourcing capabilities and a hands-on approach to headhunting and candidate selection. The package is listed as 10,000 to 12,000.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle across business units, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
• Sourcing candidates through personal networks, referrals, LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies and direct headhunting.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across industries and professional networks.
• Screen candidates and conduct first-round interviews.
• Prepare shortlists of qualified candidates for senior management and business heads.
• Handle candidate communication and offer negotiations until acceptance.
• Coordinate the handover to the team for onboarding and administrative processing.
• Work with senior management on current and future manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies by volume, business requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain an organised recruitment database and talent pool, and expand sourcing channels across the UAE.

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment, talent acquisition or headhunting experience in the UAE, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the UAE recruitment market and established professional candidate networks.
• Proven ability to source candidates independently; retail or luxury retail experience is highly advantageous.
• Experience recruiting in retail, luxury retail, F&B/hospitality, supermarket, manufacturing or related sectors.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements and diverse candidate profiles at once.
