Regional Manager GCC Market (Luxury Travel)

About the role

The Regional Manager for the GCC market will lead luxury travel sales and business development across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Reporting to global headquarters, you will shape regional strategies, nurture key partner relationships and drive revenue growth for our expedition‑focused travel products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with global business goals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with luxury travel agencies, tour operators and cruise specialists.
• Identify and convert new B2B and B2C business opportunities, including charter and group contracts.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and trade fairs throughout the Middle East.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, provide forecasts and insights to headquarters.
• Negotiate and close high‑value partnerships and group agreements.
• Create annual business plans, promotional budgets and forecasting reports.
• Coordinate with the global marketing team and on‑ground GCC marketing team to deliver Arabic‑language assets and co‑marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and performance reporting using internal CRM tools.
• Provide account management, product training, webinars and familiarisation trips for travel partners.
• Cultivate relationships with tourism boards, consulates and luxury hospitality brands, and manage VIP and corporate client relationships.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in luxury travel sales or business development within the GCC region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
