Registered Nurse – Inpatient Unit (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Inpatient Unit of a Czech Rehabilitation Hospital. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury or surgery, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory to support our Arabic‑speaking patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and assistance with daily activities.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patients’ physical, emotional and social needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists and other professionals.
• Educate patients and families on health management, rehabilitation processes and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Ensure a safe therapeutic environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Advocate for patients’ preferences within the healthcare system.

Required profile

• Active DOH, DHA or MOH registered nurse license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous experience in rehabilitation, inpatient or acute care is an advantage.
• Excellent clinical, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced multidisciplinary environment.
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory).
