Release Manager - Part-Time, Fully Remote

About the role

Noble Vanta is looking for a highly organized, technically minded Release Manager to coordinate software releases, streamline deployment processes and ensure reliable delivery across development and production environments. The position is part-time and fully remote, based in Dubai, UAE, and suits professionals who excel at cross-functional coordination, release planning, risk management and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage release schedules across development, testing, staging and production environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, security and operations teams to ensure release readiness.
• Establish release procedures, deployment timelines, approval checkpoints and rollback plans.
• Identify release risks, dependencies and technical issues before deployment.
• Monitor release progress and share status updates with stakeholders.
• Coordinate change management and keep accurate release documentation.
• Review deployment outcomes, investigate release incidents and recommend process improvements.
• Support CI/CD practices and improve automation across release workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in release management, software delivery, DevOps or IT project coordination preferred.
• Strong knowledge of change management, release governance and risk assessment.
• Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to handle multiple releases and tight deadlines.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum teams is an advantage.

Required skills

• Understanding of SDLC, testing and deployment procedures.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or Azure DevOps.
