Remote Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. This entry‑level position assists customers with routine inquiries, account updates, orders and product information while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via email, chat and phone using approved scripts and resources.
• Assist with routine account, order and service inquiries, providing accurate information.
• Enter and update customer data in company systems, ensuring confidentiality.
• Create, categorize and manage support tickets, tracking status and escalating when needed.
• Perform administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, organizing digital files and supporting shared inboxes.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a friendly, patient approach.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency, reliable internet connection.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage multiple routine requests and work independently.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace proficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM or ticket‑management systems.
• Accurate data‑entry and attention‑to‑detail.
