Reporting & Analysis Specialist – LBM Program

About the role

We are seeking a Reporting & Analysis Specialist to own the data engine behind our Local Business Management (LBM) program across all zones. You will turn raw sales and operational data into actionable insights that directly influence senior leadership decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate, validate, and analyze sales & operational data from Elite, Prime, Business Direct & Hunting teams across all zones.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau that are regularly used by leadership.
• Deliver regular and ad‑hoc management reports with KPIs, trends, and variance analysis.
• Conduct customer engagement analysis to identify behavior trends and revenue opportunities.
• Spot patterns, surface risks & opportunities, and recommend strategic actions.
• Partner with Sales Planning, Products, and Area Managers to ensure reporting needs and data integrity.
• Champion best practices in data quality, governance, and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting, analysis, or business intelligence (telecom experience a strong plus).
• Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product, and management teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and storytelling communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting insights to VP‑level leadership.
