Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Reservations Agent you will brighten guests' days by handling booking inquiries and delivering memorable experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest and team inquiries.
- Secure individual bookings, converting inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Maintain attention to detail by accurately recording and processing all reservations.
- Use proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales and promote hotel services and upgrades.
- Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and identifying potential leads.
