Resort Host – Guest Services at Luxury Dubai Resort

About the role

The Resort Host is the first point of contact for guests at Banyan Tree Dubai, delivering a warm and seamless arrival and departure experience. You will represent the brand’s elegance and calm, ensuring every interaction reflects the high service standards of this luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and manage smooth check‑in procedures.
• Process check‑ins and check‑outs accurately using the hotel PMS system.
• Escort or direct guests to their rooms and resort facilities as needed.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and provide personalized information about resort amenities.
• Ensure departure formalities are completed efficiently and professionally.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in hospitality or front‑office operations.
