Restaurant Manager – Premium Casual Beach Venue

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of ISBA by Bagatelle, delivering exceptional guest experiences and meeting financial targets in a premium‑casual beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant while ensuring compliance with company policies, brand standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen to maintain consistent food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Support financial performance through staff planning, cost control, sales monitoring and budgeting.
• Lead, coach and motivate the Front‑of‑House team, maintaining high service standards and product knowledge.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, using insights to improve service.
• Collaborate with kitchen, marketing, finance, HR and quality‑control teams to uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing upscale or high‑volume restaurants, preferably in Dubai.
• Experience in restaurant pre‑openings is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of local health, safety and food regulations.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant management software.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Competent in Microsoft Office suite.
