Restaurant Manager - Prime 68 Steakhouse

About the role

JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for its Prime 68 Steakhouse. The role covers restaurants, bars and room service, supervising daily operations, maintaining standards and supporting the team during peak meal periods. It is a full-time or part-time position based at the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage employees, covering day-to-day operations and acting in their absence
• Maintain service and sanitation standards in the restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas
• Review staffing levels to meet guest service, operational and financial needs
• Lead the food and beverage team, coach and mentor staff, and ensure compliance with food safety, liquor laws and hotel policies
• Handle guest complaints, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement in service quality
• Manage human resources: set performance standards, run training and development, and foster an open-door policy

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED, or a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field
• 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management or a related area, or 3 years with a degree
