Retail Partnerships Lead – UAE Nationals Only

About the role

The Retail Partnerships Lead will own the Lifestyle & Localization Partnerships vertical within Etihad Guest, shaping the retail and lifestyle proposition of the loyalty programme. This senior role focuses on creating non‑air redemption and accrual opportunities that resonate with customers in key markets, driving engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic non‑air redemption and non‑financial accrual initiatives to enhance the Etihad Guest value proposition.
• Expand the non‑air redemption portfolio, including the Reward Shop and Etihad GuestPay, to meet commercial targets.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with retail, travel and lifestyle brands, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of loyalty programme specialists, fostering a results‑driven culture.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, IT and data analytics teams to deliver seamless loyalty experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in loyalty programme management, customer engagement or strategic partnerships, preferably within the airline or digital marketing sector.
• Strong understanding of retail, travel (hotel & car rental) and lifestyle sectors and their integration into loyalty programmes.
• Proven negotiation and relationship‑management capabilities.
