Retail Sales Representative

About the role

Exotic Colors by Maysari is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Representative in Abu Dhabi. The role welcomes customers, explains the features, craftsmanship and benefits of leather products, wallets and perfumes, and aims to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and give them an exceptional shopping experience.
• Educate customers about the features, craftsmanship and benefits of leather products, wallets and perfumes.
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Explain product care, usage and after-sales services.
• Promote new arrivals, collections and seasonal offers.
• Keep merchandise well displayed and regularly replenished.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Work with the team to maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
• Follow company policies on customer service and sales processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher education.
• Minimum 1-2 years of proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
• Experience with leather goods, accessories or perfumes is highly preferred.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers and to work towards sales targets under pressure.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling and upselling.
• Confident communication and excellent presentation skills.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using POS systems.
