Rockworks Foreman – Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

The Rockworks Foreman is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the rockworks crew on construction sites, ensuring that rock cutting, excavation and related structural tasks are carried out safely, on schedule and to project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily rockworks activities and allocate tasks to crew members.
• Monitor and manage the use of heavy equipment for rock cutting and excavation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and management to align work with project plans.
• Inspect work quality, enforce safety standards and conduct routine equipment maintenance.
• Troubleshoot on‑site issues and communicate progress, resource needs and any delays.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in construction or rockworks environments.
• Hands‑on experience operating heavy equipment used for rock cutting and excavation.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with crew, site management and external stakeholders.
• Practical carpentry knowledge for supporting structures and formwork.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction safety standards.
