Room Attendant – Dubai Science Park Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a service‑oriented Room Attendant to join the Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park team. You will ensure guest rooms, bathrooms and corridors are clean, well‑presented and ready for arrival, following IHG brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms and corridors to IHG standards.
• Change bed linen, make beds and replenish guest amenities.
• Conduct daily room inspections and report maintenance defects.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or assistance.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, linen rooms and storage areas in an organized, fully stocked condition.

Required profile

• Physically fit, able to stand, walk and lift items up to 23 kg (50 lb) throughout the shift.
• Flexible to work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, reliability and commitment to excellent guest service.
