Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

The Room Attendant ensures guest rooms and suites are cleaned, serviced, and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene, comfort, and luxury at NH Collection Ibn Battuta Hotel in Dubai. This position is essential for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, and sanitize guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms daily according to brand standards.
• Strip and remake beds with fresh linens, change towels, and replenish amenities such as soaps, shampoo, minibar items, and coffee supplies.
• Inspect rooms for damage or broken items and report them promptly to the Engineering team.
• Respect guest privacy by observing “Do Not Disturb” signs and handling guest requests politely.
• Restock and organize the housekeeping trolley with cleaning supplies and linens at the start and end of each shift.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Cleaner in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently under tight shift timelines.
