About the role

Join Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai as a Room Reservations Agent, handling guest reservations and inquiries over the phone while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Take reservations for Atlantis The Palm following hotel policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails and other guest correspondence.
• Prepare reports and support the reservations team.
• Handle guest questions, troubleshoot issues and manage complaints regarding hotel products or services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call centre, front office, guest relations, club lounge, hotel reservations or similar environment.
• Impeccable personal presentation, patient, detail‑oriented and passionate about customer service.
• Fluent in English; additional fluency in Russian, Arabic, Chinese or French is preferred.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with proficiency in Opera reservation system.
