About the role

The Sales Consultant – Training will promote Blue Ocean Corporation's training courses to prospective clients in Abu Dhabi. You will handle outbound calls, follow up on leads, and guide prospects through the enrollment process while meeting monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote training products and services.
Follow up on leads from marketing channels and convert prospects into enrolled students.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing questions and concerns.
Record all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside‑sales experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; training‑industry background preferred.
Native Arabic speaker located in Abu Dhabi.

Required skills

Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Experience using a CRM system for sales tracking.
