About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations in the UAE. The role involves managing customer inquiries, quotations, and coordinating tender processes with key government and semi‑government entities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day sales activities, including order processing and follow‑up on tenders, RFQs and purchase orders.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely project execution and accurate delivery of sales documentation.
- Maintain up‑to‑date sales records, reports and documentation for all customer interactions.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Sales Coordinator.
- Proven experience working with ADNOC, DEWA and other government or semi‑government entities.
- Strong knowledge of tendering, RFQ management and procurement processes.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience preparing quotations, proposals and sales documentation.
