Sales Executive - FMCG Supermarkets

About the role

We are seeking a well‑connected Sales Executive to drive the placement and growth of our FMCG food‑and‑beverage portfolio across major supermarkets, hypermarkets and retail chains in the UAE and GCC. The role focuses on securing product listings, building B2B contracts and maintaining strong relationships with key retail decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and close deals with supermarkets, grocery chains, distributors and wholesalers.
• Secure product listings and manage licensing requirements for F&B products across UAE and GCC retail channels.
• Negotiate pricing, margins, promotions, shelf placement and payment terms.
• Maintain ongoing communication with buyers, category managers and key account managers.
• Monitor stock levels, sales performance, market demand and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with finance on invoices, payments and credit terms.
• Ensure products are well stocked, properly displayed and promoted in stores.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of FMCG/F&B sales experience in the UAE/GCC.
• Established contacts with major supermarkets and FMCG distributors in the UAE and GCC.
• Experience with restaurants, hotels, cafés or food‑service businesses is an advantage.
• Knowledge of supermarket listing processes, product approvals and licensing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive and able to close deals.
• UAE driving licence preferred and based in the UAE.
